The IA provides investment advisory to clients and to Relationship Managers in the team to meet the client's desired investment objectives and increase bank's ""share of client wallet"". The IA plays a key role in liaising with the product managers within the Product development team on a proactive basis to discuss client requirements as well as on a more frequent basis to ensure flow of product knowledge.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
* Determine client's risk appetite, investment preference and return expectations by partnering with Relationship Managers in client meetings
* Periodically review all portfolios in the team
* Provision of relevant solutions given client needs/ objectives
* Provide independent opinion on quality of client's existing portfolio
* Conduct daily morning meetings for the sales team to discuss market updates
* Collaboratively create new products with the product development team
* Provide product managers with ideas for new products driven by client needs
* To support sales by convincing clients to accept the proposed solution
* Identify cross-selling opportunities
* Improve quality & performance of Investments on offer
* Produce profitable solutions for the client

Requirements

* University Graduate
* Strong and relevant previous experience in an Investment Advisory role
* Thorough knowledge of Treasury & Investment products
* Strong aptitude for sales, lead management and deal closure
* Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
* Excellent leadership qualities with ability to motivate a team
* Strong communication & interpersonal skills
