Investment Banking Analyst/Associate - KSA National

Our client is a pioneer of investments in the Saudi Financial Industry. Involved in the M&A, DCM and ECM arenas, our client is looking to grow its team as a result of enhanced deal flow and opportunity to take on new mandates. With deep knowledge of the Saudi Market, the client is seeking to leverage on the favourable conditions, making this an excellent opportunity for the appropriate candidate.

There is a need to hire a mature transaction support resource with capability in financial modelling and transaction execution. The KSA National candidate should have an outstanding work ethic and a deep interest in investment banking, as well as a strong understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts.

The KSA National candidate will be rotated across M&A, DCM and ECM depending on business requirements, and will be required to work across the full spectrum of this offering.

The role will further include:
- Day to day management of projects in execution (providing analytical and project management support, due diligence, marketing documentation)
- Preparation of business development presentations (pitches)
- Strong focus on financial modelling and company valuations (transaction multiples/comparables, DCF)
- Writing information memoranda, tender documentation and other client presentations using MS Office

Requirements

- Will be a KSA national
- Will have at least 1 years experience in a similar transaction support/execution role at an Investment Bank/ Private Equity Firm
- Will have excellent academic credentials a qualified CFA holder is excellent, a Masters in Finance or a Business related degree is preferred
- Will have excellent valuation and feasibility studies experience
- Will have excellent financial modelling and due diligence skills
- Will have the requisite knowledge of creating project and structured finance models
- Will have excellent MS Office skills
- Will have excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
- Will be a team player with strong interpersonal skills
