Investment Director

Job description / Role

- Oversee the Business Development activities, managing and implementing new business opportunities and provide necessary leadership
- Oversee the financial planning of the company
- Oversee the partner acquisition function
- Oversee corporate consulting services
- Responsible to develop strategies as well as product assortment using market trend analysis information for all upcoming projects
- Work closely with Business Development, Project and members of other department such as Property Management, AMSS.
- Determine local strategy, budget and resource allocation to meet and exceed company financial goals and growth objectives.
- Responsible for strong focus / emphasis on new business development.
- Works with the chief executive officer, development committee(s) chair(s) and chair of the governing board to ensure fulfillment of fund development roles and facilitate the optimum interaction between
management and volunteers.
- Ensures establishment of and compliance with the organization’s own fund development and philanthropic principles, policies and procedures.
- Maintains accountability and compliance standards for donors and funding sources.
- Assures proper planning including goal setting, strategy identification, benchmarking and evaluation to support fund development.
- Ensures attainment of the organization’s fund development activities through the selection, development, motivation and evaluation of human resources, both professional and volunteer.
- Informs the chief executive and volunteer leadership on the condition of the organization’s fund development program and on all important factors influencing it.
- Gets the best thinking and involvement of upper management; and, stimulates each one to give his/her best outcome.
