Employment: Full Time

This position reports to the CEO and serves as a part of the senior management team to ensure the effective achievement of the business development functional objectives, through the leadership of the division, by setting clear objectives in order to maximize individual, divisional and departmental performance.

Requirements

• The Head of Investments is expected to have a broad and comprehensive knowledge of all matters related to the business of the organisation with an eye towards identifying new project development opportunities in the real estate industry that driving business growth.
• The head of Investment designs and assures implementation of cost-effective project development programs, employing economy while maintaining an acceptable level of quality and yet ensuring solid return on investment while maintaining a comprehensive and cohesive brand and identity.
• Your role will be to develop, review, and report on the business development division’s strategy, ensuring that the strategic objectives are well understood and executed by the heads of department.
• This position elaborate business development plans, design and implement projects to support business growth and should have thorough knowledge of the market condition, and the company’s potential to meet customer needs with a product or service.
• Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions, solutions/services that the company can provide.
• Within the organisation, the position has primary relationships with the financial operations & senior management staff.
• Outside of the organisation, the position coordinates with the governing board, investors, and funding sources.
• Your role also entails building employee confidence and morale by sharing knowledge in all areas of business development.
• Liaise with executive heads on the implementation of the company’s strategic and operational plans.

Tasks:

• Create a Successful Investment Portfolio from information supplied
• Initiate Investor Relations
• Develop professional relations with Investors being Developers, Bankers, Buyers, Sellers
• Respecting Company Policy, Structures & Policies
• Activate and project Monthly Business Plans
• Create alternate Marketing & Advertising skills campaigns
• Punctuality & Daily office attendance an integral part of your Employment
• Successfully concluding Sales, Leasing, Property Management Contracts
• Managing Exclusive Investor Profiles and Projects
• Management of the overall business development function
• Defining the organization’s mission and direction
