Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Asiacell is seeking a Manager, Investor Relations to join its team. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for supporting all core aspects of the IR role within Asiacell and liaising with the Group.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

In close cooperation with the Group International IR, the new IR manager will:
Establish IR calendar (roadshows, annual results, conferences, capital market days, bus tours)
Establish Financial reporting procedures (internal & external structure and processes)
Identify/ Introduce main sell /buy side players
Maintain online IR (key components/ website)
Introduce meetings with local stock exchange

Managing IR function:

Manage the flow of financial and other information between the corporation, its shareholders and the financial community
Manage quarterly results process (data selection/collection, reporting systems, OpCo meetings, key messaging, earnings presentations, press releases, Q&A)
Manage the AGM of the company (logistics, team, and content)
Develop strategies and implements programs to keep the financial community current on company performance and industry trends
Liaison with the Group international IR
Manage production of annual report in cooperation with PR
Focal contact point for sell side analysts and buy side fund managers
Update content of IR website/ online IR frequently
Monitor analyst coverage and estimate, peer-group company and other industry coverage
Maintain industry data; review industry and economic publications, equity research reports to support creation of materials for analyst and investor presentations
Hold responsible for IR presentations, exchange and regulatory filings
Support and maintain earnings model
Develop models and metrics to help illustrate results
Provide financial and operational analysis
Analyze and report investor activity and company stock performance
Be key contact point for financial media inquiries
Work with PR to drive profile building of company in both media and investor community

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Finance, Economics or Mathematics; MBA highly desirable

Experience:

Four to six years related work experience in investor relations, finance, related consulting or accounting

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Very strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to multi-task; ability to work independently
Solid knowledge of quantitative analysis, modeling, accounting and financial statement analysis
Fluent in English and Arabic
High level of organizational skills with attention to detail
Very high proficiency level with MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines
Strong oral and written communication skills

Any combination of academic education, professional training or work experience, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
