Select Auto is a part of Al-Futtaim Automotive Group established to mirror Al-Futtaim capabilities in order to cater emerging markets outside the UAE. Job Title: Invoice Administrator
Reports to: Operations Manager
Department:Operations, Select Auto
Location: Basra, Southern Iraq

Job Purpose:
The Invoice Administrator will operate from the deployed location and will be the focal point for the raising of all invoices for services and goods supplied to clients and customers. This will require close coordination with various deployed staff including project, maintenance and operations managers.
Description of the Accountability:

* Support Operations staff with the accurate and timely raising of invoices.
* Ensure all supporting documents for invoices are properly recorded and filed.
* Investigate and resolve all invoicing queries.
* Monitor, record and report all invoicing activities, results and issues.
* Maintain existing customer accounts and create new customer accounts in SAP.
* Provide administrative support to Operations staff at deployed location.

Job Context:
The incumbent will need to understand the working environment in which he or she operates and, in particular, understand the inter-dependency between maintenance, supply of goods and parts and how they relate to contractual obligations. He will therefore need to work vertically back to Head Office as well as horizontally across the various functional areas of his location.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
* Adept in use of SAP, MS Office 2003 or later, particularly Excel and Word.

Minimum Experience:
* At least 5 years' experience of raising invoices.
* Experience of working in an austere environment such as Iraq or Afghanistan or other post-conflict environments would be beneficial.

Job-Specific Skills:
* Physically and medically robust to operate in an austere and hostile environment.

Behavioral Competencies:
* Good attention to detail.
* An ability to manage daily work schedules effectively but has the flexibility to change priorities when required.
* Good oral and written communications.
* Effective team member with good interpersonal skills and an enquiring mind.
* Ability to build relationships, communicate and apply new knowledge and new concepts
* Able to operate in austere and potentially hazardous environments
* Fluent in English (written & spoken).
