The company continues to strengthen its position in the market by consistently introducing innovative and customer focused services, as well as regularly training its staff at all levels.We are currently looking to recruit experienced Invoicing Executive to be based in Dubai. Reporting to the Invoicing Supervisor, the main duties and responsibilities of this role will include:

* Timely execution of invoice process through the system.
* Check and verify all invoices as per LPO.
* Ensure proper supporting documents are attached to the invoices.
* Preparing Adjustment / Proforma invoices.
* Reconcile any discrepancies appearing on the invoice that does not tally with the submitted LPO.
* Run invoice due report to ascertain if there are invoices which have been missed for billing for all open agreements.
* Timely dispatch of invoices to ensure credit terms are met.
* Maintain an efficient and effective record management system for customer data.
* Ensure preparation and delivery of invoices for customers with special requirements.
* Ensure the Credit notes are posted on time to reflect on customer account.
* Ensure customer queries are responded to in timely manner and no escalations.
* Conduct regular monitoring and updating of reports.
* To address concerns promptly to avoid escalations/dissatisfaction that might affect the company's objective in promoting Customer Satisfaction.
* Co-ordination with internal teams for supporting documents & department related customer queries.

Requirements

To apply for this role you should have the following skills, experiences and qualifications:

* College Graduate. holding a Bachelor's Degree.
* At least 2 years of experience in Invoicing.
* PC literate with MS Office skills.
* Good Planning and organizing skills as well as problem solving and decision making ability.
* Result oriented, team player and excellent interpersonal skills.
* Fluent in English - both written and oral.
* Can work under pressure.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication skills, as well as planning and problem solving skills.
* Ability to handle difficult situations.
* Task orientated to get the job done.
