Job description / Role

OMATRA (Orient Marketing and Trading Company) is a premier truck, bus and concrete equipment company in the Middle East spanning Saudi Arabia, Syria and Lebanon. Acquired by Al-Futtaim in 2013, OMATRA is known across the region as the distributor for IVECO and ASTRA trucks, IVECO buses and CIFA concrete mixers and pumps. Founded in 1977, OMATRA today has five branches in Saudi Arabia with plans to expand up to 12 branches over the next three years which includes parts and service facilities. OMATRA is headquartered in Jeddah and has a total workforce of 250 employees.

Following Al-Futtaim's acquisition, OMATRA is now managed by FAMCO (Al-Futtaim Auto and Machinery Company) which is the regions leading supplier of commercial vehicles and industrial machinery. Under the new management, OMATRA is being transformed into an employee focused organisation where both the business and associates can grow together, while striving to provide the highest levels of customer service.

Related specific responsibilities:
- iScala implementation (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, warehouse management, Service management, Contract Management, Project Management and payroll).
- Microsoft CRM5 Implementation & Support with iScala Integration.
- iScala internal Support (Finance, Supply chain management, Service management Contract Management, Project Management and payroll).
- iScala External Support (Follow up issues, bugs and enhancements with Epicor-iScala).
- Analyze iScala releases and hot fix to know what is new in the new iScala releases (bugs solved and new features).
- Design Training Procedures Manual for the Key and End users of iScala
- Customize iScala standard reports and design new crystal and MSRS reports
- SQL Server Database installation, upgrading and tuning.
- iScala BI Tool implementation, administration and training (BI Query Designer).

Reporting: will be reporting directly to the ERP Manager.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification required is a bachelor degree. Professional qualifications like PMP/MBA will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in iScala implementation
- Able to speak Arabic/English
- Should be able to work smoothly and seamlessly with a team
- Good communication skills
- Exhibit good personal character, commitment, and work habits
