The RoleThe RoleAccountable for: A-Commercial Services: 1.Receives reports from The Unit in the morning, retrieves and reconciles related reports from available systems, follow up differences with Accounting Unit and Internal Control Unit in Commercial Services Centralization. 2.Receives, studies, and follows up customer's mail coming from the COU which was transferred from the direct officer organize it according to priority. Contacts customers to informing them about the arrival of documents that are related to their mandates. 3.Receives/ fills post dated cheques, transactions of bills discounting, issuance of LCs and LGs, collection bills with their amendments and any other requests related to the section, and audits them to ensure their correctness. Documents customer's liabilities and facilities` conditions (LCs and LGs) to ensure that all necessary data and documents are available and included in customer's facilities before passing them to direct officer to approve them according to P&P. Prepares original customers mail attachment forms sent to COU. 4.Receives and verifies customer's cheques, in order to be sent to collection cheques centralization by a special shipment and save the second copy of deposit form at the section. 5.Follows up with customers to return or extend expired LGs, LCs and bills, and to execute their requests pertaining to post dated cheques withdrawal, changing presenting date or postponing maturity date in accordance with official letters from customers, and following them with COU. 6.Hands over the returned cheques against commitment to customers after obtaining CRM approval. 7.Coordinates bills and installments cash repayment from customers through intermediate account, with the coordination of BOH. 8.Follows up customers by coordinating with the direct officer to repay all due liabilities. 9.Responds to the inquiries of customer and general public in the field of post dated cheques, promissory notes, LGs, LCs, and bills. Handles problems and follows the work course in the best and quickest way. B-Receives Corporates sector customers carefully and explains bank's products and services including the following: 1.Opening and Maintaining Account: -Explains to customers the types and nature of accounts that meet their needs. -Enters the basic data of account opening, completes all necessary documents, and passes them to the Service Support Clerk to accomplish data entry. -Receives customers` diary notes to execute any amendments on their accounts and passes them to service support clerk to enter them in to the system. 2.Cheque Books: -Receives the application of issuing cheque books for Corporates and their clients, sends it to the concerned officer in order to obtain his approval, ensures that it was properly prepared and hands it over to customer. 3.Time Deposits: -Receives the instructions and requests of Corporates` customers that are related to fixed deposits in different currencies, helps customers on understanding the advantages of each type, and makes term deposit withdrawal according to P&P. 4.Personal Loans and Credit Cards: -Receives personal loans and credit cards applications of Corporates` customers, completes all the conditions and guarantees of each product, and follows up the procedures until their execution. -Hands over cards and/or their PIN.NO to customers according to the accredited distribution schedule. 5.Automatic Self-Services: -Receives the customers and provide information about automatic self-services that meet customers` needs and requirements, and helps them to understand the uses and advantages of each service. -Receives/ prepares the applications of any automatic self-services and complete their procedures. -Hands over automatic self-services or their PIN.NO according to accredited distribution schedule. 6.Other Services: -Receives stop payment of lost and stopped cheques applications, and execute them after showing them to the direct officer. -Receives applications of fixed payment orders, and transfers them to BOH to conduct the necessary procedures in time according to customers` instructions. -Receives customers` applications of issuing balances, interests, financial relation certificates, follows up their procedures, and hands them over to customers. -Provide customers with their account balances and statements. -Verifies customers` signatures. -Hands over returned cheques to customers. -Hands over customers` mail. |
RequirementsRequirementsEducation: University degree in Administration or Finance Science. Experience: (2) years experience in different banking business. Skills: - Good English -Full knowledge in the regulations of cheques, standard practices for LCs, bills and LGs -Knowledge in all of the Bank's Products and Services. -Marketing and sales skills (cross sale). -Skills in using PC and applied software effectively |
