Job description / Role
A well renowned client of ours has recently opened a challenging Executive Chef position for one of their Fine dining venture based in Qatar.
As the Executive Chef, you will take over the following responsibilities:
- Allocating duties and supervising all kitchen staff
- Ensuring the compliance of food products to all hygiene, health and safety standards
- Inspecting dishes for quality before serving
Requirements
- Head Chef or above level - Italian National
- Excellent senior culinary leadership experience
- Solid experience and knowledge of Italian cuisine, products and ingredients
- Kitchen management skills and knowledge of kitchen setup and equipment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
