The RoleThe RoleThis position is responsible for providing analysis and support of CCAD’s salary administration program. This position is also responsible for facilitating the annual salary administration process, participating in compensation surveys and identifying salary administration and market pay issues. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assists in the implementation and administration of compensation policies, practices and programs - Assists with the facilitation of the annual salary administration process - Reviews proposed salary actions to ensure conformance with policies and procedures - Completes job documentation reviews, which includes information gathering, creating job descriptions and revising as necessary to ensure accurate job responsibilities are maintained - Evaluates new and existing positions by investigating and analyzing duties and responsibilities to determine appropriate classification and salary level - Leads the compensation survey submission process, which includes conducting and participating in surveys and analyzing survey results - Researches salary survey data and prepares compensation solutions - Applies advanced computer and statistical skills to prepare charts, graphs and other analyses as it pertains to various compensation projects - Develops compensation tools to assist with job analysis, job documentation and other reviews |
RequirementsRequirementsSkills - Minimum of two (2) years of compensation or human resources experience is required - Demonstrated skill in using PC applications and having a strong mathematical aptitude - Ability to interface in a professional manner with all levels of CCAD employees (including managers and supervisors) - Strong oral and written communication skills - Ability to speak and write in English is required - Ability to speak and write in both English and Arabic is preferred - Health care industry experience is preferred EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance, or related field, is required - Master’s degree in Business Administration or Finance, or related field, is preferred |
