Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The HR Job Description specialist will be responsible for the development and design of all company job descriptions. They will coordinate with line management in order to discuss and develop all role requirements within each department. Reporting to the Human Resources manager they will be responsible to provide regular updates on progress and implement a structured approach to obtaining all Job Descriptions within the organisation.

Requirements

BA Business Management or Human Resources Management, Master Degree Preferred but not essential.
7 years + Post Graduate experience in Human Resources role. (preferably within a sporting organisation)
Extensive experience designing and developing JOB DESCRIPTIONS
MUST Have Experience working within a diverse Sporting Environment, developing and designing JOB DESCRIPTIONS in coordination with line management.
Excellent Interpersonal Skills are essential.
