Job Design Analyst (Oil and Gas) - AED 30000

Write job descriptions and perform professional job analysis for specific management and other jobs for the purpose of job evaluation;
Provide specialist advice and guidance on all aspects of compensation and job grading.
Maintain the system of job families and register of job titles.
Plan and conduct comprehensive job evaluation exercise for all positions in the organization to finalize job grades.
Perform advisory role in respect of developing a criteria for selecting, evaluating and establishing the benchmark jobs.
Develop, manage and update job coding system and employee profile.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Management or equivalent.
7 years diversified experience in the development, coordination and implementation of job analysis/job evaluation and compensation systems preferably in oil/gas or petrochemical industry.
Excellent knowledge of Hay and Meirc Job Evaluation methodologies.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
Must be a computer literate, having excellent knowledge of MS Office.
