The RoleThe RoleTo plan, supervise and oversee the activities of the Job Evaluation Section to ensure that allocated job grades are unbiased and consistent and that evaluation is carried out in strict accordance with the Company’s approved Job Evaluation Plans. Duties include ensuring that Managers understand the objectives of Job Evaluation and are competent in Job Analysis techniques, assisting with Job Analysis interviews for junior and senior positions, determining preliminary gradings and submitting to Department Manager for presenting to the Job Evaluation Committee,. attends Committee meetings and providing justification for grade decisions. Provides guidance to both Management and employees, ensures that information is kept confidential, and liaises regularly with ADNOC Main and other organisations to ensure that grades are comparative. |
RequirementsRequirements- Degree in Business Management or equivalent - 10 years related experience, of which 5 years should have been at a supervisory level in the Gulf Oil Industry. - Conversant with both Hay and Meirc job evaluation systems - Tactful and diplomatic - Computer literate, with knowledge of Windows packages - Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and Arabic - UAE driving license |
