The RoleThe RoleWorks according to specialized administrative standards and established procedures. To a large degree, involves independent planning and work prioritization. The incumbent therefore must be capable of deploying self-initiative and motivation. The Head of Compensation & Benefits is kept advised of work schedule/progress and reviews completed assignments. Seeking solutions in a unique environment which are innovative and specifically match Qatargas’ vision, adopting a flexible approach which meets the needs of individuals and is not constrained by a rigidly imposed framework. Use influencing skills to gain agreement from management and develop an implementation plan. Works on many different job evaluation issues and tries to solve them in appropriate ways based on functional knowledge, precedent and international best practice. |
RequirementsRequirements8 years' HR experience, including at least 3 to 4 years in job analysis, descriptions and evaluation. Excellent written and spoken English. Computer literacy involving the use of MS Word, Excel and databases. Ability to maintain accuracy in work is an important requirement. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, HR Management or similar. Must be certified in either Hay Job Analysis or Job Evaluation.
