Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

In collaboration with Senior Brand Management, ensure the continuous brand development in line with the Regional/MU offices and relevant brand strategies. Support Senior Brand Management in defining and achieving specific sales, profit and market share objectives.

Your Tasks:
•Long Term Business Plan: Support Senior Brand Management in developing/fine tuning a 3-year business plan in order to provide strategic direction for the brand and define future sales and profit growth Internal Marketing Plan: Support Senior Brand Management in defining detailed annual marketing plan including identification of appropriate product innovations
•Marketing & Communication Strategy: Local adaptation of global communication/marketing materials in collaboration with Senior Brand Management and BDF communications agencies – addressing the 3 target groups: Dermatologists, Pharmacists and Consumers
•Business Development: Achieve sales, profit (MC1 level) and market share objectives in line with the CU Annual Marketing Plan through monthly performance analysis. Leading to recommendations for appropriate corrective actions.
•Marketing Budget Control: Control marketing investment in line with the agreed Marketing Plan, updated as necessary during the financial year
•Maximization of Return on Investment: Review and consistently evaluate alternative marketing investments opportunities in order to maximize return on investment against agreed brand objectives
•Customer Marketing Plan: Development and execution of Shopper & Customer Marketing Plan for the Pharmacy in collaboration with Commercial and Marketing Management
•International Exchange: Develop a thorough understanding of the local consumer needs and competitive context in order to exchange perspectives with Regional / MU Office so as to facilitate the definition of regional marketing and communication strategy and local competitive advantage.
•Assure Product Supply: Coordinate with supply chain function to ensure the continuous supply of product to the market place

Requirements

Education:
•Minimum BA in Business Administration from a recognized University preferably with a focus on Marketing

Experience:
•1-2 years in a marketing function •either in a mainstream FMCG or Pharma Industry
•Ideally experience in skin care or/and dermo cosmetic market

Skills:
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory. 2nd language is a plus.
•High proficiency in MS Office applications.
•Adobe Acrobat and SAP will be a plus.
•Team worker and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
