The role will involve: • Drafting and reviewing of contracts and corporate documentation • Provide support to the company’s management and operations • Formation and registering companies • Management of litigations • Attendance and taking minutes at internal and external meetings This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer looking to further their career within the oil and gas legal market. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe successful candidate will be a young Omani National, with a law degree from a reputable university, speaks and drafts fluently in English and Arabic, ideally with knowledge and some experience of Oman law and legal system, and law firm or in-house experience in general commercial work and contract law. Other requirements: excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail and IT skills. |
