They are currently looking for a Junior (1-2yrs PQE) Corporate/Commercial Lawyer to support the Senior Lawyers in Corporate Transaction, drafting contracts, MOU's, JV agreements. |
RequirementsRequirementsSuccessful applicants will have:- At least 1 years experience working within a Law Firm A minimum of 12 months experience in the UAE or GCC A UK or US Law Degree Fluent Arabic & English speaking Experienced in M&A, JV's, and general Corporate Commercial matters. |
