Junior Bilingual Lawyer - US (New York) Law Firm - Dubai

The Advocate group have been handed on very specific assignment with a US international law firm in the Dubai, UAE, who are seeking a Junior Level full bilingual lawyer for their growing UAE presence.

This is an expansion position where the chosen junior level corporate candidate we be tasked with high level mergers and corporate work in the region.

The firm a true US firm in a sense they have operations in all of the worlds leading commercial hubs and are ranked in top banding for corporate and financial work globally. As an international Law Firm they are seeking to build up their team with a junior lawyer

Role
The position is a junior level and will require candidates to build up a client base within the firm from Dubai and working directly with the firms clients from the Uae and surrounding regions. Candidate need to have prior exposure as a billing associate for a firm.

This is a position where candidates need to be confident in their business development ability and winning work from firms that would usually be the contenders for such work.

The client in question is a US international law firm and will consider candidates who would move on a lateral basis.

Requirements

Essential:
- Common Law admitted (US, Australian, UK, Canadian, etc..)
- Have worked with a leading practise in either London or New York
- Committed to the region
- Must be able to speak both Arabic and English.

Preferred:
- Be based in the UAE now
- Fully Bilingual (due to the region and work this would make the task at hand easier)
- Working on high level transactions

Benefits:
Due to the jurisdiction most candidates can expect full, tax free, expat package which will include medical insurance and flights back to their home jurisdiction. The actual salary will be between entirely dependants on candidates exposure.
