Junior Business Consultant Service

Job description / Role

- Support the project manager during the Data collection process
- Carrying out research and data collection to understand the client organisation;
- Interviewing client's employees, management team and other stakeholders;
- Running focus groups and facilitating workshops
- Collaborate with the experts to formulate pragmatic Solutions
- Analyse and evaluate the customers strategy, vision, environment and challenges
- Evaluate business processes efficiency and formulate improvement recommendations
- Articulate business ideas, suggestions and problems in Technology terms
- Develop pragmatic solutions to convert business ideas into deliverable solutions
- Presenting findings and recommendations to clients;

Depending on the project, responsibilities can cover all aspects from the design stage through to completion and handover to the client.

Requirements

- Master in Engineering with at least 2-3 years of experience in consulting at international level
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Solid generalist business experiences, combined with project execution skills in the utilities sector
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of one of the following languages is a plus: German / French / Netherlands / Arabic

Softskills:
- Good communication skills and ability to establish credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Flexible and open to change, change management expertise is an advantage;
- Solution Oriented and capability to solve conflicts
- Analytical mind with the ability to synthetize, abstract and communicate the information at a level suitable for the target audience

Other skills:
- Familiarity with Project Management Frameworks (PRINCE2,) is a plus
- Experience in working in the Middle-East or emerging markets is a plus
