Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Junior Compensation and Benefits Specialist is responsible for all clerical and administrative duties concerning the C & B Department and assists the Compensation & Benefits Senior Specialist and Specialist as needed.

Key Accountabilities
- Maintain employees files on the system and update them with any occurring changes (training, certificate, warning, new joiners and other)
- Assist team members in their tasks, including attendance monitoring, attendance validation, missing attendance investigations, and other
- Receive and prepare requests for employee-related documents such as salary certificates, salary transfer letters, pay slips, ID cards, staff discount cards, transportation passes, and other
- Handle and follow up on the bank account openings for new joiners and ensure that bank requirements with regards to new applications are met

Requirements

- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources or equivalent technical degree (TS)
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in MS Office
