Job description / Role
San Jose Abu Dhabi is looking for a Junior Cost Estimator for our Tender Department in our Head Office of Abu Dhabi. You will report to the Tender Manager, and will work in a team of 4-5 people.
Your main responsibilities will be, among others:
- Dealing with subcontractors
- Requesting for quotations
- Direct Cost Analysis.
- Analyze documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
- Development of Technical Documents.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor in Civil Engineering
- 6 months to 1 year previous experience
- Indirect cost knowledge
- Construction works planning skills
- Flexibility
- Multi - tasking
- Team work
