Junior Electrical Design Engineer ( X3 ) - HMAF - Qatar

The following are the key accountabilites of the job:
- Designing power & electrical systems for MEP projects
- Ability to work on low to medium voltage design
- Develop new product designs and supporting manufacturing documents.
- Select and program PLC's, HMI's and other programmable relays.
- Select and program PLC's, HMI's and other programmable relays.
- Electrical calculations and component selection.
- Interpret and apply electrical codes.
- Update O&M manuals, design manuals, engineering specifications, and technical documents
- Improve existing electrical controls and components.
- Support and assist other departments with costing, specifications, drawings & application

Requirements

Education:
Electrical Engineering Degree or equivalent preferred

Experience:
4 years experience working with and making electrical control schematics and panel layouts

Technical Skills:
- Proficient with the latest release of AutoCAD, electrical CAD, PLC software
- Experience in electrical control or power distribution design
- Ability to read and create electrical control drawings/symbols/instruction

Behavioral Skills:
