Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Note: 80% Traveling required.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Manage the existing assets, including coordination of complete financial planning responsibilities (investment analysis, estate planning, tax strategies, retirement planning, etc)

- Ability to advise on all financial matters ensuring the best interest and the financial welfare of the employer.

- Perform client service activities, including plan updates, portfolio reviews, and annual financial meetings.

Requirements

- Age: 25-35

- Nationality: Jordanian, Palestinian, Lebanese, Syrian.

- Language: Excellent command of English and Arabic Languages.

- Education: Recognized MBA/ BS degree in Finance

- 5-7 years minimum experience 3 years minimum of background experience in investment management and/or financial advisory services with demonstrated ability to develop and manage plans and manage client relationships

- CFP designation preferred, or CFP in progress

-Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook as well as financial planning software

-Financial planning/wealth management acumen, judgment and experience

-Excellent communication and listening skills

- Employer first attitude

- A team player who is very collaborative with strong leadership skills

- Desire/ability to work successfully in a small company environment

- Self confidence, personal integrity and an understanding of fiduciary responsibilities

- Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality in dealing with client matters
