Our client, a highly reputable Technology business, is looking for a junior HR Business partner to join their regional headquarters in Dubai.

This role will function as a true business partner, in order to ensure delivery of HR excellence. You will work closely with the leadership to contribute to the achievement of the HR strategy.

This would be a fantastic next step for a high achieving HR Advisor or established HR BP who is looking for a position where you are encouraged to act as a trusted advisor. This role will cover the Middle East and Africa region and will require regular travel to other locations.

Requirements

Successful candidates must have regional HR experience, ideally gained within a large blue-chip environment or professional services. This opportunity will suit someone with an international outlook, strong communications skills and a can-do attitude.

You should have strong academics and preferably a post-graduate degree in HR or a similar subject.
