Junior HR Business Partner (UAE National)

Dubai, UAE

AED 20,000 - 30,000 p/month

This top Professional Services business is looking to recruit a Junior HR Business Partner to their growing team in Dubai.

Working hand in hand with HR Business colleagues, you will develop and drive HR strategies and deliver an excellent HR business service to your clients. You will contribute to the wider HR team through involvement in specific projects or cross business HR work and work to ensure continuous improvement in the function.

Working in this team requires an individual who is bright, articulate, confident, robust and who has exceptional relationship skills.

For this role, you must be a UAE national and have previously worked within a global organisation. You will be able to demonstrate practical depth in the core areas of Employee Relations, have solid knowledge of UAE employment law.
