The Role

As Junior HR Business Partner, this is an excellent opportunity for a HR generalist to step up into a role offering more responsibility.

Responsibilities include:

• Involved with recruiting and staffing.
• Involved with learning & development
• Supports performance management and improvement systems at a mid management level
• Employee orientation, development, and training for business
• Is a policy expert and is able to support the business in this regard.
• Employee relations and employee communication.
• Employee engagement and retention.

Requirements

The Person
The ideal candidate:

• 3-5 years HR generalist experience - essential
• Must have worked in a Western or GCC country - essential
• Due to travel to Kuwait and Saudi, you must have a passport that can travel to these countries without a visa - essential
• Ambitious and driven personality - essential

Salary
AED 15,000 - 17,000
