Junior Human Resource Business Partner

Job description / Role

(Only candidates with relevant HR experience in the Manufacturing/Retail/Property or Real estate development industry will be considered. Please do not apply if your experience does not match this requirement. Preference will be given to candidates who are immediately available to join)

To support the Group HRBP in strategic HR initiatives/projects, with a particular focus on Talent Management processes and delivery. To act as Change Agent in managing Organisational Change where this relates to HR related activities.

Requirements

Qualification:
- Reputable university degree in HR or related discipline
- Preferably CIPD or SHRM qualified
Experience:
- 5 years experience in a generalist role.
- Relevant Strategic HR experience of working in a Manufacturing/Shopping mall/Property or real estate development environment.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Exceptional commercial awareness and business acumen
- Skilled in HR analysis and/or reporting
- Proficient in the full spectrum of generalist HR skills
- Arabic language skills strongly preferred
