Job description / Role
A junior IT support specialist provides support on a daily basis to the back office users, POS users and office automation product users. (Level 1&2)
* Monitoring and maintenance of Software and Hardware
* Office automation product support
* Back up management
* IT asset list maintenance and monitoring
* Network monitoring and maintenance
* Evaluate, test, upgrade, troubleshoot and maintain programs and operating systems for the business applications internal/corporate company.
Requirements
Min. Graduate degree in Computers with relevant certifications (Microsoft, Cisco or ITIL)
Fluent in English
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible, confident, team worker and detail oriented
