Junior Interior Design Draughtsman

Job description / Role

As the Interior Draughtsman you will be responsible for the following:

- Should be aware of Municipality, Mall, and Free Zone approval drawings in Dubai
- Meet with Client to determine Requirements & Needs.
- Design & Create solutions (Sketches, Plans & Specifications).
- Develop presentations which may include drawings, sketches, renderings, perspectives, color and material boards, photographs or models.
- Prepare working drawings and specifications for implementing the design (including materials, finishes, joinery work and furnishings.
- Design and prepare presentation drawings.
- Prepare layouts, detailed design & detailed working drawings.
- Should be capable to liase on site with contractors & coordinate projects independently.
- Should have experience in all interior sites in commercial, retail, hospitality & exhibition stands.

Requirements

- Candidate should have a flair for design.
- Should be proficient in Auto Cad, 3DMAX , V RAY, knowledge in Photoshop, sketch up will be an advantage.
- Should be a team player.
- Should have good knowledge in interior detailing.
- Good communication skills.
- Capable to supervise sites independently.
