The RoleThe RoleThe Junior Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for Inventory transactions and for updating validating the data and generating reports. Key Responsibilities Follows up on imported Purchase Orders and processes, as well as updates the local stock level with the receiving of the shipments. Updates uniforms delivered to stores employees as well as sales figures into Inventory data , follows up and validates transfers between stores. Processes the change of prices and the change of season transactions into JDE and exports the related to the Point Of Sale (POS) in the shops. Ensures that monthly cycle count is conducted, generates consolidated results and reviews the percentage of acceptance for the shrinkage. Validates Inventory transactions: Sales, receiving, change of season, change of prices. Ensures that the set policies and procedures are being implemented for different inventory transactions (cycle count, receiving, transfers between countries). |
RequirementsRequirementsQualifications, Experience and Knowledge: * Bachelors degree in Business Administration or equivalent. Accounting/Finance is a plus. * 1-2 years of experience in Inventory or related field. Experience in retail is a major plus. * Proficiency in MS Office and Accoutnting Softwares. * Fluency in English. |
