Our client is a Government owned entity who invests and manages major utilities projects across Oman. The complex and intricate long standing projects ensures that the legal function is very interesting and offers an exciting environment for a lawyer that wants to commit to their own development & career and play a key part of the success of the legal department.
Due to the ongoing growth, this major company is now looking for a junior lawyer to join their rapidly expanding team.
Involvement:
• Provide advice and support on a wide range of legal matters to internal and external clients.
• Involvement in major utilities projects
• Involvement in draft, review and negotiate complex and interesting contract.
• Involvement in dispute resolution and litigation.
Requirements
• Muscat, Oman based
• Oman Nationals only
• 2 PQE required
• Fluent Arabic and English is essential
The successful candidate will be 2 year PQE, Omani National lawyer; with some exposure to corporate/commercial matters, and have the ability to draft and review contracts in both Arabic and English.
