Junior Legal Counsel - Abu Dhabi, UAE
On behalf of our client, a growing Investment Firm, Swisslinx Middle East is currently seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to join their dynamic legal team.
In this challenging role you will be supporting General and Legal Counsels on the below areas:
- Contract and Commercial Law
- Real Estate and Investments
- Sports Law - sponsorship and partnership
- Intellectual Property - company branding
- Collaboration with other departments and third parties
- Corporate governance
Requirements
- Law degree from a well-reputed Western University
- Legal practice certificate / Bar Admission in one the western jurisdictions
- 1-3 years of experience from a reputable Law Firm or an In-house Legal Team
- Fluent English and Arabic is a must
