Job description / Role
Experience in Manufacturing Industry / FMCG.
Experience and Solid understanding of Accounting, Order Processing, Shipment Processing, Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Procurement and Planning.
Communicates with clients regarding stocks, pricing and order-related matters.
Prepares sales order, sales invoice, purchase order and purchase invoice.
Performs order management duties on an accurate and timely basis from order entry up to on-time delivery and include issue of Order Confirmation.
Liaises with Planners and Purchasers to ensure delivery commitment is fulfilled.
Maintains proper update and filing of orders and shipping documents and schedules.
Experience / Exposure to generate and is knowledgeable of inventory reports, reconciliation, variance, BOM, MIS.
Handles and maintains shipment schedules and container reports.
Tracking status of requisitions, orders and contracts and keeping them up to date and accurate at all times.
Requirements
Two (2) vacancies
Male or Female 25-35 yrs old.
Preferably Filipino Nationals
Accounting / Business Management or related degree.
4-5 years relevant work experience, preferably in Order processing / Procurement /accounts department.
Proficient in Microsoft application.
Preferably experienced with NAVISION/ ERP.
Good interpersonal, excellent oral and written communication and customer handling skills.
