Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a highly renowned and respected group of companies who is looking to hire an outstanding Personal Assistant for its Senior Executive.
This is a key role within the organisation carrying significant responsibility. In this challenging and rewarding role, you will maximise the productivity of the Executives time. You will also be responsible for email management as well as self-correspondence and diary management. Additionally you will receive and access all incoming emails and telephone calls combined with organising travel arrangements and producing highly confidential correspondence.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be a thorough professional and have a minimum of two years PA experience. You should have strong administrative, verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic. It is essential you have a sound commercial acumen and are able to demonstrate a successful track record of business administration. The ability to work in partnership with Senior Management is vital for this role.
