Junior Product Manager

Job description / Role

As Junior Product Manager you will be a central part of our team and will work closely together with our Sales Department and our various suppliers. Your main task will be:

Products:
- Analyze Hella Middle East product-portfolio according to the requirements of the car-parc in the GCC
- Administration of product documentation
- Update the product range, i.e. continuous and systematic updating data of the existing and new range
- Preparing files for data upload into the SBO system
- Coordination of technical advice during the preparation of advertising documents when third parties are involved
- Providing statements about type of packaging and the packaging itself for new products
- Coordinating the preparation of product applications
- Developing new product ideas in the product group supporting and implementing these products/ranges ready for the market
- Coordinating and reporting any complaints regarding the products in agreement with the organizational units being responsible

Communication:
- Support preparing marketing material like flyer, poster, leaflets etc.
- Coordination of updates for the HMEA homepage and social media (in future)
- Support preparations for national and international fairs
- Preparation of Newsletters for the customers

Others:
- Providing advice and support for the sales in all product-specific questions
- Preparing sales support material for the sales department (e.g. from PM Access Database)
- Support preparation for HMEA sales meetings
- Supporting SOE business

Requirements

- Very Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Communication ability and team spirit
- Flexibility
- Mental capacity
- Basic Marketing knowledge
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Previous working experience within Automotive Spare Parts
- Technical minded and interested
