Job description / Role
P25 Combined project this project involves the technical refresh and upgrade on Quantar base stations for 5 sites and the installation of another 6 new sites. The work is currently on contract with a Sub-Contractor in place. Work specific to the project:
- Track and Report progress to Program Manager (PM).
- Conduct day to day Project governance tasks as detailed by PM (Project Schedule)
- Provide weekly highlight reports
- Provide assistance with Time Phased Budget
Motobridge project this is a combined project between 2 local entities and involves the deployment of a new system. Work involved in the project is both the delivery of a hardware/software solution and fixed infrastructure works. Work specific to the project:
- Track and Report progress to Programme Manager.
- Conduct day to day Project governance tasks as detailed by PM (Project Schedule)
- Provide weekly highlight reports
- Provide assistance with Time Phased Budget
Other Project related work
- Fully conversant with the Order Management system
- Place Project Orders and track through to delivery
- Provide Project administrative assistance to the PM for all projects (filing both electronic and paper based)
- Conduct day to day administrative task on behalf of PM
Requirements
- Master's / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics or equivalent.
- A new graduate who is looking for a long term career in Project Management in the IT/Telecoms field.
- Self motivated.
- Ability to interact and ask questions (this post is a learning position) to all project stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently when required.
- Assertive when required.
- Willingness to work and live in ME long term.
- Hold a Degree or equivalent (BSc) in Business Studies.
- Excellent written / Spoken English.
- Driving License (essential).
