Description and Desired Qualifications
CH2M HILL Junior Quantity Surveyor - Muscat, Oman
Job Purpose:
Trainee quantity surveyor to assist the quantity surveyors in measurement works and valuation.
Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Quantification of works in accordance with the design and contract documentation.
- Assisting the quantity surveyors in assessing interim payment applications.
- Preparation of documents to support variation assessments.
- Providing support to Document Controller in maintaining drawing registers.
- Basic Qualifications
Job Requirements/Qualifications/Experience:
- Degree or Diploma qualified
- Competent in measurement of building and infrastructure works
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills; report preparation etc.

Requirements
Job Requirements/Qualifications/Experience:
- Associates Degree or 2 years of formal technical training, or equivalent experience
- 5 years work experience as an architectural inspector
- Typically required to have developed detailed technical knowledge of one or two major tasks that are a normal part of the specialty
