The Role


The Role

As a Junior Administrative Recruitment Researcher with Better Homes LLC your duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to –

1.1 Assisting the Senior Recruiter in filling internal job vacancies. Reviewing Resumes/CVs via job portals, internal referrals, mass advertisements and CV databases.

1.2 Attending to documentation & paperwork for scheduled interviews such as Psychometric tests, initial testing exams and resume folders assigned.

1.3 Providing recruitment support to the Senior Recruiter for Headhunting applicants. Updating the Better Homes LLC HR & Recruitment System and personnel files to ensure data accuracy. Keeping candidates informed of the progress, next steps and providing timely feedback on their applications.

1.4 Successful applicants will have at least 1 Years minimum previous Recruitment sourcing experience within the United Arab Emirates.

1.5 Applicants with Real Estate, Property & Facilities Management Recruitment experience are an added advantage.

1.6 This position is perfect for fresh graduates whom have done internships within External Recruitment agencies or HR departments.

• Applicants must be able to work under high pressure.

• Knowledge of Internal Recruitment Software’s is an added benefit. (SnioerHire, CRMs etc). Applicants must have knowledge of Microsoft Software. (Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

• The selected applicant must be available 24/7 - 365. Better Homes does not stop when our Clients, Competitors and Candidates go home. This is to help provide a service like no other.

• The chosen applicant must be energized by challenges with the willingness to take up challenging projects & tasks and complete them within stipulated time frames.
