Employment: Full Time

A renowned Media & Entertainment company is seeking a junior level professional to join their Creative Services team as 'Junior Traffic Manager'. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a career path within the Creative Services, Media and/or Entertainment industry.

General Tasks & Accountabilities;
- Effectively control Creative services resources. Supervise on time delivery.
- Managing communication with all procurer departments.
- Keep head of department and creative manager update about resources.
- Regularly provide and upgrade personal and project schedules.
- Run 'Schedule All System' on all creative services teams.
- Make priorities, re-schedule project in close cooperation with creative manager.
- Proactively builds a transparent production scheduling system.
- Follow all on going projects. Reports to creative manager in case of possible delays and rescheduling.
- Represent creative services resources on weekly and project meetings.
- Organize Creative Services meetings, trainings, events, write memo.
- Organize business trips.

Requirements

Required candidate competencies, skills, experience and education;
- +1 years of experience with creative teams.
- References to be provided.
- Structured and organized thinking. Deep understanding of creative workflow.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) along with good interpersonal skills.
- Hard working, dependable, takes initiative and is completely dedicated.
- Able to manage stressful situations.
- Resourceful, very well organized
- On time delivery sensitive
- Multi-tasker: ability to manage multiple tasks productively and prioritise accordingly
- Ability to respond under rapid and/or constantly changing priorities and deadlines with frequent interruptions.
- Ability to carry-out complex oral and written instructions in an excellent manner.
- The ideal candidate for this unique position would be: highly intelligent and be able to provide timely responses and execution for any and all issues.

Salary Range: AED10k + Medical Insurance + Annual Flight
