The RoleThe RoleA well respected, international Property Consultancy is looking to hire a Junior Valuation Surveyor to assist the department in their varied real estate valuations. They are looking to expand due to a large influx of new business. This position will involve the valuation of commercial, residential and hospitality real estate assets, you will be expected to compile a list of comparables, conduct site visits and be able to present and face clients. This role offers huge growth potential as RICS sponsorship will be available and funded by the company. |
