KPI & Field Service Officer

Job description / Role

Our client, a leading multinational electronics company, is looking for a young and professional KPI & Field Service Officer to join their team in Dubai.
The successful candidate must be willing to travel and will be responsible for the following tasks and duties:

• Timelines are adhered to in Subsidiaries / Branch Service activities
• Show and individual targets met as set out by Management / Department
• Service Operation KPI report
• Creation and implementation of Service Tracking for the entire MENA region
• Setting out entire Target Achievements , schedule plan
• Ensuring show System Results & Actual results are fully up to date with latest information.
• Daily monitoring & Weekly Review for Results & improvements co-ordination with the Business partners.
• Managing and co-ordination of all external / Internal including Issues / Improvement process analysis.
• Providing any other reporting information as required by KPI / Management team.

Requirements

The successful candidate should posses the following key skills, qualifications and attributes:

• Microsoft Excel skills.
• Power Point skills
• Antithetical skills for analysing
• Willing to travel.
• 2-4 years previous UAE experience.
