Job description / Role
Al-Futtaim is regarded as a pioneer in the Gulf region's Automotive industry and encompasses every aspect of the Automotive business; from passenger and commercial vehicles and construction equipment sales and service, to used car sales and rental and leasing.
Al Futtaim Auto Center (ALAC) is part of the Al Futtaim's Automotive Division. ALAC has six divisions comprising of Body Centers - Toyota & Lexus within UAE, Fast Repair, Customs & Classics, Auto Equip, Tyre Zone and Fastfit. ALAC offers end to end solutions in aftersales for both business to business & retail customers.
We are currently seeking a Kaizen Promoter to join our team in Dubai. The main purpose of the role is to enhance operational efficiency through process mapping, time and motion studies, to increase customer satisfaction and profitability in all Al Futtaim Motors processes.
The key accountabilities of this role will include:
* Conducting time and motion studies on all Aftersales operations to ensure a sustainable growth in productivity and efficiency.
* Mapping of all Aftersales processes to ensure compliance to standards and promotion Kaizen groups to enhance operational efficiency and solve operational obstacles.
* The Introduction of a Project Management culture within the Aftersales Divisions, to ensure the accurate execution of the Plan, Do, Check and Action cycle.
* Supporting the Network and Business Development team to ensure the successful introduction of process quality gates to ensure accurate systems and customer data for the whole Aftersales Operation.
* Supporting the Facility Project Manager with the set-up and layout of all new and existing facilities within the United Arab Emirates.
Requirements
Suitable candidate should have the following skills and experience:
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
* PMI or Project Management Degree or Diploma.
Minimum Experience:
* 5 YEARS in Process Studies in any organization.
Job-Specific Skills:
* Microsoft Proficient (MS Project, PowerPoint, Visio Excel and Word) Autocad.
* Excellent Verbal and Analytical Skills required.
Behavioural Competencies:
