To provide full back-up support to these world-class franchises, AF Motors have an established network of showrooms and service & parts centres throughout the UAE.

We are looking to recruit a Kaizen Promoter to implement TMC Kaizen Programmes in After Sales Retail network (Parts and Service) and in PDI Centre for Production and Logistics Kaizen.

Based in Dubai, you will be part of our Centralized Kaizen Department for AFM After-sales operation. Your key responsibility to cultivate Kaizen Culture by implementing programmes such as Kodawari (Service), Dealer Parts Operation Kaizen (DPOK Parts), Body & Paint Kodawari, Express Maintenance, PDI & Logistics Kaizen (Supply Chain), Training Development and SOP Management).

You will be reporting to the Asst. General Manager - Kaizen & PDI Operation

The main duties and responsibilities would be as follows:
- Compilation & creation of multiple reports/ visual areas to monitor all projects/training/operational efforts on a daily basis
- Develop process flow charts to explain current and desired process.
- Conduct time and motion study and analyse it at both Macro and Micro level and develop process improvement proposal.
- Implement PDI & Logistics Kaizen action to improve and maintain the Guaranteed Time of Delivery to Customer
- Organize small group activities to provide training to associates and gather their feedback.
- Implement TSM Advance (Express Maintenance) in Service Network.
- Implement Kodawari Standards in the Service Network.
- Dealer Parts Operation Kaizen to improve the Parts operation at Service Network and optimize the Parts Warehouse.

Requirements

Qualification:
Minimum - Bachelors Degree or Equivalent

Minimum Experience:
2 -5 years (preferably in After Sales / supply chain background).
