Employment: Full Time

Our client, a global leader in marketing reward schemes, is seeking a Key Account Director to manage the relationship with one of their major coalition partners.

Only candidates with 3-5 years financial services/ credit card/banking & loyalty experience will be considered for the role.

- Youll provide effective commercial leadership to one of our major coalition partners in the financial services sector
- Youll be responsible for developing and implementing the commercial strategy with our financial services partner to ensure we jointly deliver on our objectives
- Youll lead the account and will provide proactive advice, support and challenge to the rest of the business
- Youll work as part of a close-knit team providing a great service to our customers as well as knowledge sharing across our business ensuring we operate as one team
- Youll work with the COO and the central services team to implement a co-ordinated and consistent approach to account management and ensure that the teams work closely and effectively together to deliver new business solutions for clients
- You will direct, lead and enable the execution of the business strategy with our partner
- Youll focus on achieving operational efficiency and quality
- Youll be thinking, creating, interacting, organising and implementing all the time.
- Youll play a critical & key role in the growth of the sector and will be the financial services expert for the region

Requirements

- A creative mind and a strong focus on delivery for clients
- Flexible and collaborative approach, with an ability to thrive in ambiguity and enjoy a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- A proven track record in sales and client management across all disciplines of loyalty
- A solid understanding of insights and analytics as well as the role CRM and campaign management can play in driving business
- Strong loyalty experience across a diverse customer base, ideally across different countries, cultures and verticals.
- Strong and detailed understanding of financial services and the role loyalty plays in the sector
- Passionate about long term customer relationships with a strong customer centric focus
- A persuasive and engaging style
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- A persuasive and engaging style to drive collaboration and compromise where appropriate
- A well-organised, process orientated and positive approach
- Innovative thinking with a passion for solving problems
