Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are currently looking to recruit a Key Accounts Manager (KAM) to join Al Futtaim Motor's Parts Department in Dubai. As a member of the Management Team of the Parts business, the KAM will be responsible for building the B2B sales of Genuine Parts in the UAE market. Ensuring that AFM-Parts is seen as a benchmark in the UAE automotive market, he/she would have to lead a team of motivated, engaged employees to perform at their peak, and deliver business expectations consistently.

The key accountabilities will include:
- Overall sales through Bulk sales
- Achieve Gross Margin
- Debtors control - Nil Outstanding
- Growth of sales through new markets
- Sales discipline - SOP compliance, Phasing of sales, Control Back orders, Competitor information and tracking
- Personal development - Training

Requirements

- Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge : Graduate / Post Graduate
- Minimum Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience with min 2 years in managerial position.

Job-Specific Skills:
- High level of selling skills in the context of parts sales to large accounts (B2B).
- Financial & Market(s) knowledge
