Job description / Role
Working for this multinational beauty business and reporting to the GM, your primary responsibilities will be to:
- Develop a portfolio of designer fragrances brands across key accounts such as Faces, Vavavoom and Sephora across the Kingdom
- Define the strategy and set the targets across key accounts for each brand
- Ensure the achievement of sell-in and sell-out targets
- Oversee the sales force across Saudi Arabia and ensure sales objectives are being met
Requirements
The successful candidate must have the following:
- Strong sales experience in the beauty, retail or FMCG industry in the Middle East
- Evidence of growing a business and achieving/exceeding sales targets
- Fluency in English & Arabic
- Excellent leadership and communications skills
