Employment: Full Time

My client, a successful international conference and events company who work in the ICT industry are currently looking for a Key Account Manager to join their team.

This position is created due to the on going expansion of my clients presence and operations and increasing focus on existing customers and developing new business contacts in the KSA market. Reporting to the Country Manager in KSA and Business Development Director for the META region, this role will focus on the sales and key account management of my clients Conferences and Events portfolio.

Responsibilities:
- Sales of conferences portfolio, which includes local and regional syndicated road shows and custom events;
- Key Account Management of top customers and enhancing business opportunities from these accounts;
- Supporting sales strategy and development within assigned territories;
- Cold-calling in order to generate demand; pipeline management;
- Proposal development for syndicated and custom opportunities;
- Developing prospects and client profiling: developing new contacts and identifying major decision makers;

Requirements

The successful candidate shall be based in Riyadh and have minimum 3 years of local experience in Sales (preferably events to the ICT industry or within ICT industry itself).

He/she should have University degree and be excellent at establishing and managing relationships with customers and prospects.

He/she will have or quickly be able to establish a network of contacts in the strategy/marketing departments of IT and telecom players across the KSA region and be adept at communicating, listening, interpersonal relationships, and negotiating.

It is highly preferable that the candidate has an excellent command of Arabic and English.
