Job description / Role
Purpose of the job:
The successful applicant is responsible for focusing on sales achievement of DI across GCC through improved Channel management and subsequently improve sell out. Additional responsibility will also include identifying the opportunities and pave way for business development.
Key Objectives:
By working closely with distributors, this role is expecetd to strengthen the relation with Disty/Retailers across the region, enhance the local activities, improve the in-country presence & awareness of Samsung Cameras. Increasing the in store share of Samsung Cameras across all the retail will be KPI of this role.
Position Responsibilities:
Channel
• Maintaining Disti/retailer relationship & communication chain.
• Achieve country wise sales targets (both sell in and sell through) for GCC.
• Optimize available resources to further expand the Camera business.
• End to end Country Management of GCC across the region.
• Initiate, plan & execute retail programs across the marketing calendar to achieve the desired nos.
• Setting up yearly Sales/Marketing budget with retailers, closely monitoring the progress & set up remedial action / campaigns if necessary.
Requirements
Qualifications
• Experience, Education and Licensure
• At least 3-4 years of experience with an MNC in Key Account Management (Preferably Canon/Nikon)
• Post Graduate degree in business management is an advantage
• Ability to perform and work under different conditions and a team player.
• Existing knowledge of DI industry in GCC.
• Good networking with the local industry
• Extensive sales thinking and pro-active
• Strong Account management skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects.
• Self starter being able to work under minimum supervision
