Employment: Full Time

Our client is a major international supplier to the Oil & Gas industries. They have had a remote foothold in the Middle east for 15 years but are now launching a physical office here and are building their team. We are looking for excellent business development and sales professionals who have strong experience of account managing clients within the Oil & Gas Sector. You should already have excellent connections and networks in this industry and have an understanding of how to build on that network and gain access to key potential clients through accessing C-level decision makers. This is a very exciting opportunity to join a new team with a first rate international company and to become a pivotal part of their continued success and growth in the Middle East.

• Achieve sustainable revenue growth by negotiating, closing, implementing, and ensuring compliance to agreements with key accounts (end user and reseller). This includes initiating the relationship (new account development), developing existing accounts (account penetration), and managing accounts (maintaining and enhancing account relationships).
• These accounts will generally have annual sales greater than $500k and potential of more than $2M.
• Manage a portfolio of key accounts with total revenue of $5-10M
• Develop and execute an annual sales plan to meet or exceed assigned revenue goal.
• Research, analyze and assess the business needs of each assigned account to determine how Grainger can best align itself as a product and service partner for all current and future purchasing needs.
• Negotiate significant profitable opportunities both with new and existing key accounts.
• Improve rate of growth with existing key accounts.
• Develop and implement value-added programs and metrics that align the customer’s business objectives with our value proposition.
• Work cross functionally with internal business partners to support customer business objectives and achieve revenue targets.
• Coordinate all customer implementation activities.

Requirements

As well has having a proven track record of business development and sales to the Oil & Gas industries here in the Middle East, all candidates should have:

• Fluent spoken and written English
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent business experience.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience selling a structured value proposition.
